Any person relying on any of the information contained on this web site or making any use of the information contained herein, shall do so at its own risk. The service provider hereby disclaims any liability and shall not be held liable for any damages including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential damages including loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or other loss.

Shipping options

UK Post Office signed for delivery
Arrives within a day or three of posting (UK). Requires a signature.
UK Post Office, next day special delivery

Can be tracked till it leaves the UK. Normally 3-5 days for Europe and 14 days for rest of the world.

Shipping, guarentees, returns and refunds

Shipping:

  • We do our best to judge the cost of shipping correctly, in the case that shipping is lower than you paid we refund the difference or if higher we will contact you.
  • Once the part/s arrives please unbox it, check them over and leave the parts for 24hrs before fitting them (this is in case they were under pressure in the box and are slightly misshaped).
  • As carbon fibre/fiber parts are hand made please remember small imperfection will occur from time to time, always check the part over before fitting it. It is possible that a tiny amount of resin could have run into a bolt hole, a Dremel or a small light file is the best thing to use to reopen the bolt holes to the right size. Make small changes and test fit before making further changes.

    Guarentee:
  • We like to keep our customers happy and we will always put them first.
  • In the unlikelyhood of a part being damaged in shipment please contact us via email right away, accidents do happen unfortunately.
  • We expect a email within a week of the parts arriving if there are any problems. Two weeks for international purchases.
  • Once the parts has been fitted we can't accept it returned unless in the unlikelyhood the part doesn't fit properly or there is a issue due to manufacturing defect. Over tightening of bolts and cracks causing by incorrect fitting is not covered by our guarentee.

    Returns:
  • Please return the part properly wrapped and boxed to prevent damage while being shipped.
  • In the event of a part being returned without it being down to fitting or a production issue we refund the price paid for the part (eg: in the event where a discount was given like "second" parts). Return postage is the customer's responsibilty.
  • Refunds will be issued as soon as the part has been received and checked.

    International returns:
  • International returns needs to have the right customs documentation on the box and UK RETURN ITEM written on the custom form. Any custom fees charged to CarbonFBR due to incorrect labeling will be taken off the refund.
  • Please contact us if you are unsure about anything, we are here to help.
  • To help keep our environmental footprint as low as possible we re-use/recycle boxes that are in very good condition for shipping.

    Made-to-order parts:
  • Average time for made-to-order parts are 6-8 weeks before it arrives at CarbonFBR. It'll get checked and shipped to you.
  • In the event a customer cancels the order within this production period there will be a 25% cancellation/admin fee. This is due to costs that CarbonFBR would incur in selling this part.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
